The Collective Empowerment Foundation (CEF) is a non-profit social enterprise delivering infrastructure-led, community-designed development in Papua New Guinea and beyond.
We operate as a specialized service provider, commissioned by governments and partners to build healthcare resilience, clean water solutions, and digital connectivity. Our goal is to capacitate local systems so that, eventually, we are no longer needed.
