Why Accountability Matters to Us
When you support or partner with The Collective Empowerment Foundation, you’re not just contributing to powerful community initiatives—you’re also placing your trust in us. We take that responsibility seriously. Strong governance and transparent operations allow us to deliver consistent, sustainable impact and ensure every decision is in service of the communities we exist to empower.
Registered and Regulated by the ACNC
CEF is a fully registered charity with the ACNC, the national regulator for charities in Australia. We comply with all ACNC obligations, including annual reporting, adherence to the ACNC Governance Standards, and the External Conduct Standards for our international activities.
Financial Transparency You Can Trust
Each year, we report transparently on how we manage and spend our funds. We submit a detailed Annual Information Statement (AIS) to the ACNC and provide publicly available Annual Impact Reports outlining our achievements, challenges, and financial breakdowns.
Ethical International Engagement
Where we engage in overseas partnerships, we comply fully with the ACNC External Conduct Standards. These standards help ensure that Australian charitable funds are used responsibly beyond our borders and that our international activities meet the same high bar as our domestic work. Our procedures include due diligence on all international partners, clear funding agreements, and ongoing monitoring.
