Alessandro has been instrumental in building CEF’s stand-alone solar internet hubs and ensuring their long-term functionality. He also advises on future-proofing CEF’s tech stack, ensuring every digital system—from monitoring dashboards to power regulation units—aligns with community capacity and infrastructure realities.
